ORDER

Appellant's brief was due on June 3, 2016. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.6(a). On June 14, 2016, after no brief or motion for extension of time to file the brief had been filed, we ordered Appellant to file the brief or a motion to dismiss not later than June 24, 2016. On June 17, 2016, Appellant filed a first motion for a thirty-day extension of time to file the brief.

Our June 14, 2016 order is satisfied; Appellant's motion is GRANTED. Appellant's brief is due on July 5, 2016.
