MIGUEL E. GARCIA ARRENDONDO, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee
On Appeal from the 297th District Court Tarrant County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 1468097R
ORDER
This appeal was transferred to this Court on July 14, 2017 by the Texas Supreme Court pursuant to its docket equalization order. TEX. GOV'T CODE ANN. § 73.001 (West 2013). The reporter's record was filed January 19, 2018. A review of the record shows that several exhibits are missing: the State's exhibits 39, 40, 42, 42A, and 48, all of which are labeled "DVD [Interview]" and the State's exhibit 43, labeled "CD 911 call." Court reporter Valerie Allen filed a certification stating she was unable to convert these exhibits and upload them to TAMES but that they "can be found in the Tarrant County District Clerk's office."
We ORDER court reporter Valerie Allen to file, within TWENTY DAYS of the date of this order, a supplemental reporter's record containing playable copies of the State's exhibits 39, 40, 42, 42A, 43, and 48. If Ms. Allen is unable to make playable copies of the State's exhibits, we ORDER her to file a supplemental reporter's record containing the original exhibits. See TEX. R. APP. P. 34.6.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable David Hagerman, Presiding Judge, 297th Judicial District Court; Valerie Allen, court reporter, 297th Judicial District Court; and to counsel for all parties.
