On June 21, 2016, we issued an order abating the appeal and directing the trial court to hold a hearing to determine whether appellant wished to pursue his appeal and if so, whether he was indigent and new counsel should be appointed. A supplemental clerk's record has now been filed, containing the trial court's order appointing Jani Maselli as counsel for appellant. The supplemental clerk's record also contains counsel's request for the clerk's record and the reporter's record. The clerk's record and reporter's record have already been filed.
Accordingly, we reinstate the appeal on the active docket, and order appellant's brief filed on or before November 10, 2016.
