ORDER

This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on March 4, 2024, in San Antonio, Texas.

On February 9, 2024, the parties filed with the Court a Joint Status Report. The parties informed the Court that they have reached a basis of settlement and Respondent's counsel has requested computations in order to prepare a decision document. The parties requested additional time to prepare and file the decision document. On February 9, 2024, the parties also filed with the Court a Stipulation of Settled Issues.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on March 4, 2024, in San Antonio, Texas. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 15, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court a decision document or a status report (preferably a joint status report) informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
