ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Judge.

This case was called and recalled from the calendar of the Court's Miami, Florida trial session on April 22, 2024. This case was recalled on April 26, 2024. Both parties appeared and were heard. On March 20, 2024, respondent filed with the Court a Motion for Continuance. Subsequently, on April 15, 2024, respondent filed with the Court a Motion for Time and Date Certain for Trial. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed March 20, 2024, is granted and this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Time and Date Certain for Trial, filed April 15, 2024, is denied. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before June 27, 2024, file a Proposed Stipulated Decision or a joint Status Report as to the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
