DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for extension of time to perfect appeal taken by notice of appeal dated January 9, 2013 and to consolidate.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken by notice of appeal dated January 9, 2013, is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect said appeal is extended to December 23, 2013, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to consolidate is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to renewal following the taking of an appeal from the order of Supreme Court dated October 2, 2013.
