ORDER

Joseph W. Nega, Judge.

Pursuant to the Court's Order issued March 7, 2021, this case was assigned to the undersigned and calendared for trial during the Trial Session of the Court to commence on Monday, May 2, 2022, in San Diego, California.

On March 8, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction and to Strike as to FBAR Penalties. In that motion, respondent represented that petitioner objects to the granting of respondent's motion.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 7, 2022, petitioner shall file a response to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction and to Strike as to FBAR Penalties filed March 8, 2022.
