ORDER

Pursuant to the Court's Order issued March 7, 2021, this case was assigned to the undersigned and calendared for trial during the Trial Session of the Court to commence on Monday, May 2, 2022, in San Diego, California.

On March 10, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Consolidate Docket Numbers 13024-20, and 15372-20. In that motion, respondent requests that the Court consolidate these cases for the purposes of the trial, briefing, and opinion. Additionally, respondent indicates that petitioners object to the granting of respondent's Motion to Consolidate Docket Numbers 13024-20, 15372-20, filed March 10, 2022.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that on or before April 15, 2022, petitioners shall serve on respondent and file with the Court a written response to respondent's Motion to Consolidate Docket Numbers 13024-20, 15372-20, filed March 10, 2022.
