Appellant's November 10, 2016 motion to supplement the reporter's record is GRANTED to the extent we ORDER Official Court Reporter Vicki L. Tuck to file, within THIRTY DAYS of the date of this order, a supplemental reporter's record that includes the records of any hearings conducted on March 8, 2016; June 20, 2016; and June 21, 2016. If no hearings were recorded on any or all of the dates at issue, we ORDER Tuck to file a letter stating that no proceedings were recorded.

The time to file appellant's brief is EXTENDED until SIXTY DAYS from the date of this order.

We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order by electronic transmission to Official Court Reporter Vicki L. Tuck and to counsel for the parties.
