The appellant, Kelly Arnold, and the appellees, Joe LeBrun, Angie Le Brun, and Republic Group LA, LLC, filed a joint motion for partial dismissal of the appeal. The motion is granted. The appeal of the appellant's claims against all other parties are unaffected by this order.
