We REINSTATE this appeal.

On February 26, 2024, we abated the appeal for the trial court to hold a hearing and make findings concerning the reporter's record. On February 27 and 29, 2024, the court reporters filed the reporter's record and exhibits. We VACATE the order of February 26, 2024, and the trial court need not hold the hearing and make the findings required by that order.

Appellant's brief is due APRIL 1, 2024.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Lela D.
