On December 20, 2023 respondent filed a Motion for Continuance in this case and on December 21, 2023, the Court ordered petitioner to file a response or objection to respondent's motion on or before January 8, 2024. On January 12, 2024, petitioner spoke with the Court's chambers administrator and informed the Court that she does not object to the granting of respondent's Motion for Continuance. Premises considered, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed December 20, 2023, is granted and this case is stricken from the Court's January 22, 2024, Washington, D.C. trial session and continued. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before March 11. 2024, file with the Court a joint report or separate reports as to the then present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court.
