DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated October 1, 2019. Motion by the appellant James Henry to substitute Denise Armond, as administrator of the estate of James Armond, for the deceased respondent James Armond, to amend the caption accordingly, and to vacate the stay that arose upon the death of the deceased respondent James Armond.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, Denise Armond, as administrator of the estate of James Armond, is substituted for the deceased respondent James Armond, the caption is amended accordingly, and the stay which arose upon the death of the deceased respondent James Armond, is vacated.
