ORDER
The January 19, 2023 majority opinion is hereby AMENDED to correct a clerical error: In the first paragraph of the opinion, the reference to "MCR 2.116(c)(10)" is corrected to read "MCR 2.116(C)(7).
In all other respects, the January 19, 2023 majority opinion remains unchanged.
