DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by appellant for a stay pending the determination of an appeal from a final judgment of the District Court of Suffolk County, Fourth District, entered July 30, 2012. Separate motion by appellant for an enlargement of time to file proof of an undertaking.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appellant's motions are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion for a stay pending the determination of the appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion for an enlargement of time to file proof of an undertaking is denied as academic.
