Estate of Cyril George Arliss v. Darren Findling

LC No. 2019-848862-CZ

ORDER

Christopher M. Murray, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:

The claim of appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction. MCR 7.203(A)(1). Neither the January 4, 2021 order granting summary disposition in this civil action commenced in probate court nor the July 6, 2021 order denying reconsideration is appealable as of right because the claims against defendants Reginald Miller and Nina Pettis remained pending. MCR 5.801(A)(1). Dismissal is without prejudice to the filing of a late appeal under MCR 7.205(A)(4), provided such a filing meets all requirements under the court rules and is not time-barred.
