ORDER


The court has reviewed petitioner's untimely filed objections to the findings and recommendation of the magistrate judge. The court construes petitioner's objections as a motion to reconsider its decision to adopt the findings and recommendation. Finding petitioner's objections meritless, the motion is DENIED.
