ORDER OF DISMISSAL FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

By Order served June 17, 2021, the Court directed petitioner to file a Ratification of Petition. To date, petitioner has not filed a Ratification of Petition. On August 6, 2021, petitioner filed a Letter dated July 22, 2021, in which she asks for this case to be closed.

Upon due consideration, it appearing that petitioner does not intend to comply with the Court's Order served June 17, 2021, it is

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction on the ground that petitioner failed to file a Ratification of Petition.
