Taking into account the stipulation of settled issues, filed June 30, 2021, and the conference call held with the parties on August 30, 2021, it is

ORDERED that any issue(s) not contemplated in the notice of deficiency or the above-referenced stipulation of settled issues must be included in an amended pleading due on or before October 1, 2021.

Unless a proposed stipulated decision is submitted sooner, the parties should expect that the case will be set for trial on a Los Angeles, California, trial session during the 2022 winter term of the Court.
