Omar Benitez ARIAS, Appellant v. The STATE of Texas, Appellee

From the 216th Judicial District Court, Gillespie County, Texas
Trial Court No. 5459
Honorable N. Keith Williams, Judge Presiding

ORDER

The clerk's record was originally due November 23, 2015. On December 7, 2015, we notified the clerk that the record was past due and advised the clerk to file the record on or before January 6, 2016. On January 15, 2016, after telephone calls from our clerk's office, the district clerk filed a notification of late record asking for an extension of time to file the record to January 22, 2016. However, before this court could issue a ruling, the district clerk filed the record on January 18, 2016. Accordingly, we GRANT the district clerk's request for an extension of time to file the record.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the said court on this 20th day of January, 2016.
