This case was originally calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court which commenced on February 27, 2023. By Order of the Court dated January 12, 2023, this case was continued and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court.

On May 12, 2023, respondent filed with the Court a Status Report. Respondent informed the Court that the parties are working to narrow the scope of litigation through the exchange and review of additional objects. Respondent requests an additional forty-five (45) days in which to submit a stipulation of settled issues or a status report.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before July 29, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court decision documents, a stipulation of settled issues, or a status report (preferably a joint status report) informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
