ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, and the time to file the brief of respondent Workers' Compensation Board is extended to September 23, 2019, and it is further
ORDERED that the cross motion is granted, without costs, to the extent that oral argument shall be permitted only with respect to appeal Nos. 528945 and 529151, and appeal Nos. 528945, 528952, 528994 and 529151 shall be set down for the January 2020 term of this Court.
