Action to recover damages for services rendered, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at New Britain and referred to Hon. Roman J. Lexton, state trial referee; judgment of nonsuit in favor of the defendants, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. No error.
