ORDER DIRECTING PLAINTIFF TO CURE DEFICIENCIES
Plaintiff, currently is detained at the Denver County Jail in Denver, Colorado. On November 29, 2012, Plaintiff submitted a Letter to the Court challenging the conditions of his confinement. As part of the Court's review pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR 8.2, the Court has determined that the document is deficient as described in this Order. Plaintiff will be directed to cure the following if he wishes to pursue any claims in this Court in this action. Any papers that Plaintiff files in response to this Order must include the civil action number on this Order.

FURTHER ORDERED that, if Plaintiff fails to cure the designated deficiencies within thirty days from the date of this Order, the action will be dismissed without further notice.
