Action to recover damages for personal injuries suffered as a consequence of the collision of an automobile driven by the plaintiff and an automobile driven by the defendant, as a result of a sudden stopping of defendant's car, without adequate warning. Judgment for the plaintiff unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
