This case is calendared for trial in Tampa, Florida on September 17, 2024. Pending before the Court is petitioner's Motion to Enforce Settlement, filed May 21, 2024. The purpose of the September 17, 2024, trial date will be for a hearing on whether the settlement applies and not a trial on the merits. Subsequently, we will determine whether a trial is necessary. The hearing will be an evidentiary hearing at which time the parties may present testimony and proposed exhibits. A stipulation of facts under Rule 91 would be appropriate.
