ORDERED that respondent is directed on or before September 16, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. (ET) to file with the Court separate written responses to each of petitioner's above-referenced motions. The parties are advised that the production of the subpoenas will be deferred until Wednesday, September 18, 2024, pending the Court's ruling on Tuesday morning.
