This case is set for trial at a special session of the Court starting at 10:00 a.m., on Monday, February 26, 2024, in Columbia, South Carolina. The case arises from a contested donation of a conservation easement.
On February 16, 2024 the parties filed Motions for Leave to File Report at docket entries #179, 181, 183, 185, 187, 189, 191, 193, 195, and 197, and lodged the corresponding expert reports. It is therefore
