APPEAL FROM THE FIRST CIRCUIT COURT (CIV. NO. 93-3326-08)

ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

Upon review of the record, it appears that appellants' opening brief was due for filing within forty days after their bankruptcy proceeding was terminated in 1995. No opening brief was filed and appellants were ordered, on September 22, 2000, to show cause within ten days why their appeal should not be dismissed for lack of prosecution. The September 22, 2000 order warned that "[f]ailure to comply with this order or to show good cause may result in the dismissal of the appeal or other sanctions." Appellants did not respond to the September 22, 2000 order. Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this appeal is dismissed. HRAP 30.
