DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Separate motions by Archstone and Archstone-Smith Westbury, L.P., to admit pro hac vice Robert Lee Crewdson and John S. Ducat III, attorneys in good standing in the State of Georgia, to represent them on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 5, 2011, and October 4, 2012, respectively, and all future appeals taken in the above-entitled actions.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are to admit pro hac vice Robert Lee Crewdson and John S. Ducat III to represent Archstone and Archstone-Smith Westbury, L.P., on the appeals from the orders entered December 5, 2011, and October 4, 2012, respectively, are granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied without prejudice to seeking relief if further appeals are taken.
