ORDER

Plaintiff's motion for leave to file a supplemental complaint is granted and the supplemental complaint is deemed served and filed today. To the extent that defendant objects to the filing on the ground that one or more allegations of the supplemental complaint is legally insufficient, the Court declines to pass on the merits of those contentions at this time, so defendant may raise them later. The Court has considered and rejected on the merits all of defendant's other objections.

SO ORDERED.
