Action for specific performance of a contract for the sale of certain real property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Fairfield, where the court, Ballen, J., denied the defendant Tracy Polesak's motion to discharge a notice of lis pendens filed against certain of her real property, and the defendant Tracy Polesak appealed to this court. No error.
