ORDER


Before the Court is a motion by Plaintiff Arch Personal Care Products, L.P. for the Court to find Defendant Ivar W. Malmstrom, Jr. in contempt of the Court's July 1, 2002 Temporary Restraining Order and July 18, 2002 Preliminary Injunction. Defendant Malmstrom opposed the motion. Having considered the parties' submissions, all the evidence on the record, and for the reasons stated in the Court's accompanying opinion,

IT IS on this ___ day of August, 2003,

ORDERED that Defendant Ivar W. Malmstrom, Jr. is in contempt of this Court's July Orders. The Court exercises its discretion to not decide the appropriate remedies for Malmstrom's conduct at this time, and will hear argument on the issue following the completion of trial.
