On March 11, 2024, petitioner filed a Motion for Continuance. On March 13, 2024, the parties filed a proposed stipulated decision. The decision document failed to stipulate to an increased deficiency for tax year 2016. On March 20, 2024, the parties submitted a corrected proposed stipulated decision. For cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Continuance filed March 11, 2024, is denied as moot. It is further

ORDERED that the proposed stipulated decision filed March 13, 2024, is deemed stricken from the Court's record and shall not be viewable. The Court will enter the (corrected) proposed stipulated decision document filed March 20, 2024, in due course.
