ORDER

The day after the clerk's record was due, the Bexar County District Clerk notified this court that Appellant has not paid the clerk's fee for preparing the record and Appellant is not entitled to a free clerk's record. On April 18, 2017, we ordered Appellant to provide written proof to this court by May 1, 2017, that either (1) the clerk's fee has been paid or arrangements have been made to pay the clerk's fee, or (2) Appellant is entitled to appeal without paying the clerk's fee.

On April 19, 2017, Appellant provided written proof to this court that the clerk's record fee has been paid; our April 18, 2017 clerk's record order is satisfied.

We ORDER the district clerk to file the clerk's record with this court within TEN DAYS of the date of this order.
