ORDER ADOPTING FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATION TO DENY MOTION TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS (Docs. 2, 4)

On November 4, 2019, Petitioner filed a petition for writ of habeas corpus along with an application to proceed in forma pauperis. (Docs. 1, 2.) The Court issued findings and recommendation to deny Petitioner's motion to proceed in forma pauperis, providing Petitioner twenty-one days to file any objections to the recommendation. (Doc. 4.) To date, no objections have been filed and the time period for doing so has expired.

As indicated on the docket, on November 25, 2019, Petitioner paid the $5.00 filing fee. Accordingly, Petitioner's motion to proceed in forma pauperis is now moot.

In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(C), this Court conducted a de novo review of the case. Having carefully reviewed the entire file, the Court finds the findings and recommendation to be supported by the record and proper analysis.

Accordingly, the Court orders as follows:

1. The findings and recommendation dated November 6, 2019 (Doc. 4) is adopted in full; and

2. Petitioner's motion to proceed in forma pauperis (Doc. 2) is denied as moot.
