On July 31, 2013, we ordered appellant's brief due August 30, 2013. Neither the brief nor a motion for extension of time has been filed.

We order appellant's appointed appellate counsel, Donald H. Fidler Jr., to file appellant's brief by September 20, 2013. If the brief is not filed by the date ordered, the court may abate this appeal and remand the case to the trial court for a hearing to determine whether appellant or counsel has abandoned the appeal.
