ORDERED that Robert Fisher, Esq., is relieved of appointment as attorney for the child, and Daniel Gartenstein, Esq., P.O. Box 3575, 369 Washington Avenue, Kingston, NY 12402, is appointed in his place and stead pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 (b).
