ORDER

Elizabeth A. Copeland, Judge.

This case was originally calendared for trial on January 16, 2024, at the Trial Session of the Court in Lubbock, Texas. By Order of the Court dated November 21, 2023, this case was continued, and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court.

On December 4, 2023, the Court issued an Order requiring the parties to file a status report every ninety days.

On August 16, 2024, the parties filed with the Court a Joint Status Report. The parties informed the Court that in February 2024, Petitioners submitted a settlement offer. The parties further informed the Court that Petitioners submitted a revised settlement offer that Respondent is now reviewing. The parties have requested an additional 180 days in which to submit a further status report.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties no longer need to comply with the recurring status reports as directed in the Court's Order issued on December 4, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before February 14, 2025, the parties shall file with the Court a further status report.
