This case was calendared for trial at the January 16, 2024, Trial Session of the Court in Lubbock, Texas. By Order of the Court dated November 20, 2023, this case was continued and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court.

On November 30, 2023, the Court held a conference call with the parties. The parties informed the Court that they have a framework for settlement, and are awaiting client approval.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before February 28, 2024, and every ninety (90) days thereafter, the parties shall file with the Court a status report (preferably a joint status report) informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
