SILVIA E. ARABIA, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

KATHLEEN KERRIGAN CHIEF JUDGE.

On August 8, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. The Court notes that the PS Form 3877 attached thereto as Exhibit A has been improperly redacted, insofar as it reveals the information of taxpayers who are not parties to this case. Moreover, it does not appear to include information regarding the mailing of the notice of deficiency in this case.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that respondent's above-referenced Motion is deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's above-referenced Motion shall be sealed from view of the public and parties in this case and shall not be inspected by any person or entity except by an Order of the Court.
