Motion by defendants-respondents-appellants to compel plaintiffs-appellants-respondents to delete certain items from the proposed record on appeal, denied without prejudice to settlement of a case or bill of exceptions in accordance with the relevant practice provisions (Civ. Prac. Act, §§ 575, 576; Rules Civ. Prac., rules 232, 234). Cross motion by plaintiffs-appellants-respondents to dismiss cross appeal, denied; on consent, cross appeal withdrawn. Nolan, P.J., Beldock, Christ, Pette and Brennan, JJ., concur.
