AND NOW, this 29th day of April, 2022, upon consideration of Petitioner Fikri Aptiliasimov's pro se petition for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254, and for the reasons set forth in the accompanying memorandum, it is hereby ORDERED that:
1. Aptiliasimov's petition (Doc. 1) for a writ of habeas corpus is DISMISSED as time-barred.
2. A certificate of appealability shall not issue.
3. The Clerk of Court is directed to CLOSE this case.
