MOTION DECISION

Appeals having been taken to this Court from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about April 09, 2021 (Case No. 2021-01762); an order, same court, entered on or about November 08, 2021 (Case No. 2021-04990); an order (motion sequence 001) same court, entered on or about October 28, 2021 (Case No. 2021-04491); and an order and judgment (one paper), (motion sequence 002), same court, entered on or about October 28, 2021 (Case No. 2021-04491), And petitioners-plaintiffs-appellants having moved to consolidate the aforesaid appeals and for an extension of time in which to perfect same, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is ordered that the branch of the motion seeking an extension of time to perfect is granted and the time in which to perfect the aforesaid appeals is extended to the October 2022 Term of this Court. The branch of the motion which seeks consolidation of the appeals is denied as unnecessary (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[f][3]).
