Action to recover damages for the wrongful death of an infant, who was struck and killed by one of two automobiles involved in a collision at an intersection. On appeal by plaintiff from so much of the judgment as dismisses the complaint, in accordance with a jury verdict, against respondent Louis Braunstein, judgment, in so far as appealed from, unanimously affirmed, without costs. No opinion. On appeal by appellant-respondent Gold from so much of the judgment as awards judgment for plaintiff and against him, in accordance with a jury verdict, judgment, in so far as appealed from, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
