Opinion
December 31, 2002.
WHEREAS the terms of Michaela M. Murphy of Waterville, John D. Pelletier of Augusta, and Thomas Marjerison of Portland expired on December 31, 2002, and are all eligible for reappointment;
NOW, THEREFORE, all of the Justices concurring therein, it is hereby ORDERED that:
Michaela M. Murphy of Waterville, John D. Pelletier of Augusta, and Thomas Marjerison of Portland are hereby reappointed as members of the Advisory Committee on Rules of Crimial Procedure, effective December 31, 2002, to serve until December 31, 2005.
Charles K. Leadbetter, Assistant Attorney General, shall serve as Chair of said Committee, to serve until December 31, 2005.
Associate Justice Robert W. Clifford shall serve as Judicial Liaison to said Committee.
This order shall be recorded in the Maine Reporter.
