Order

On order of the Court, pursuant to MCR 8.110, the Honorable Rosemarie Elizabeth Aquilina is appointed chief judge of the 55^th District Court, effective June 1, 2005, for the unexpired portion of a term of two years which commenced January 1, 2004.
