Order

On order of the Court, pursuant to MCR 8.110, the Honorable Scott P. Hill-Kennedy is appointed chief judge of the 49^th Circuit Court, effective May 31, 2005, for the unexpired portion of a term of two years which commenced January 1, 2004.
