Appeals having been taken to this Court in proceeding #1 from orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about March 10, 2021 (Case No. 2021-01474) and May 05, 2021 (Case No. 2021-01427); in proceeding #2 from orders, same court, entered on or about March 08, 2021 (Case No. 2021-01499), March 10, 2021 (Case No. 2021-01500) and March 11, 2021 (Case No. 2021-01501); and in proceeding #3 from an order, same court, entered on or about March 16, 2021 (Case No. 2021-03515), and appellant, Dontzin Nagy & Fleissig LLP, having moved to consolidate the aforesaid six appeals, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted. Appellant is permitted to prosecute the consolidated appeals upon an original and five hard copies, and if represented by counsel, one digital copy of a joint record, and one set of appellant's points covering the consolidated appeals, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.9.
