Petitioner-respondent having moved for dismissal of the appeal taken from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about August 8, 2016, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and the stipulation of the parties dated August 15, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion and appeal are deemed withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid stipulation.
